Terms of service

Last updated 30 August 2026.

The agreement

These terms cover your use of Reviewman at reviewman.app. Using the service means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you are confirming you may bind that business.

What we do

Reviewman reads the reviews on the Google Business Profile locations you connect, drafts replies from the conversations your business already had with those customers, and posts replies to Google — automatically within the rules you set, or after you approve each one.

You choose those rules. By default four- and five-star reviews post automatically after a delay you set, and anything lower waits for a person. You can turn automatic posting off entirely.

What we don't do

We do not filter, gate or screen your customers before they reach Google. Every customer you send a review request to gets the same page and the same link, whatever they are about to say. Google prohibits review gating, and so do we — building it is not on our roadmap.

Your side of it

  • You must be entitled to manage the Business Profile locations you connect, and to read the customer conversations you connect. You are responsible for having whatever consent your local law requires.
  • You are responsible for what gets posted under your business's name, including replies posted automatically under rules you set. Read the drafts. Turn the automation off if you would rather not.
  • Keep your account credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.
  • Do not use Reviewman to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, to write reviews rather than replies, or to message people who have asked you to stop.

Drafts are drafts

Replies are written by a language model. It can be wrong, it can misread a conversation, and it can produce something you would not have said. Review what goes out — particularly if you enable automatic posting, where by definition nobody does. We are not liable for the content of a reply posted from your account.

Third-party services

Reviewman depends on Google, and optionally on Meta, both of which can change or withdraw their APIs. If they break something, parts of Reviewman stop working until we adapt. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly per location. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months. We will give notice by email before any price change takes effect for you.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. We handle it as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. On request we will delete your workspace and everything in it.

Ending it

Close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts our access to Google's or Meta's APIs at risk, or that goes unpaid — with notice where it is practical to give it.

The dull but necessary part

Reviewman is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reply it drafts will be suitable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill; and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We will give account holders email notice before materially changing these terms. Reach us at hello@reviewman.app.
